Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Stockton, California. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries in an outpatient clinic setting. The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of therapists, communicate treatment plans effectively to medical professionals, and report patient progress to in-house and specialty doctors such as orthopedic and hand surgeons.
Job Details:
- Certification and Education Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy; current license for the state of California.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 14 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, proficiency with manual therapy techniques, and experience treating a high volume of patients daily.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating strains, sprains, and fractures; prior practice as a licensed physical therapist for at least 2 years; prior outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Additional Information: Outpatient orthopedic experience is highly desired. Candidates must have the ability to treat 14-16 patients per day.
