Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Norfolk, Nebraska. This outpatient role involves providing therapy services to a diverse patient population, with an emphasis on collaborative care and positive patient outcomes. The position is suitable for licensed therapists with at least one year of experience, including previous travel therapy experience.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a start time between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; Nebraska state license; no BSN required; 0 years minimum experience; location in Norfolk, Nebraska.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience highly preferred; strong team-minded approach; experience in outpatient therapy with diversified patient caseloads.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
  • Additional Information: The outpatient department is integrated with a hospital environment, treating approximately 10-12 patients daily. Therapies emphasize successful outcomes within a collaborative and resourceful team setting. Orientation includes shadowing one day, followed by patient care coverage. Outpatient dress code is business casual, khakis with a polo. Weekend shifts include two full-day Saturdays (with compensatory days during the week) within a 13-week period.
