Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) in Michigan. This position involves providing respiratory care to pediatric patients in a healthcare facility, with an emphasis on adherence to strict attendance policies and flexibility to float to qualified areas. The role requires commitment to patient care excellence during night shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours each, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Two or more years of Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Michigan state license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience.
- Additional Information: The facility has a strict attendance policy effective from 06/01/2024; any absence or tardiness may result in termination unless supported by documentation of communicable disease or hospitalization. All travelers must float to areas for which they are qualified and make up any call-ins within the contractual period.
