Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient in Lake Worth, Florida. This role involves planning, organizing, developing, and supervising occupational therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. The position requires the candidate to participate in patient assessments, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team collaboration to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must hold a valid, current State license; BLS certification; minimum of 0 years of experience; previous inpatient rehabilitation experience; may need to assist with CIRH (Crisis Intervention and Rehabilitation Hospital)
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Responsible for assessing patients' levels of functioning, planning and implementing treatment, supervising certified occupational therapy assistants and students, participating in discharge planning, completing all necessary documentation, and collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team. Ensures safety protocols are followed at all times, maintains patient confidentiality, and promotes continuous quality improvement throughout all aspects of care.
