Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapist license, Bachelor's or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, minimum of 2 years of experience in a SNF environment, valid certification according to state requirements, and ability to work at the Shelton, CT location.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with elderly patient populations and familiarity with SNF operational procedures.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
