Job Summary:
The Cardiac Catheterization Technologist II position is based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves serving as a vital member of the patient care team within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. The technologist promotes a patient and family-centered approach in all interactions and aims to meet patient needs effectively.
Job Details:
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/23/2026
- Required Qualifications: Two or more years of experience as a radiologic technologist, at least one year of traveler experience, ARRT certification with RCIS certification
- Shift Details: 12-hour or 10-hour shifts; night, weekend, and holiday call possible during the contract; no weekend or holiday work shifts are guaranteed. Over the course of the 13-week contract, candidates can expect 1-3 weeknights and possibly 1 weekend, which are not guaranteed.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a state-of-the-art cath lab that includes seven procedure rooms and a hybrid operating room. All rooms have been recently upgraded, and the lab performs over 30 cases daily, ranging from outpatient right heart catheterizations and stable coronary angiograms to complex coronary, structural, and vascular interventions. Epic is used for primary charting, and hemodynamic measurements are conducted on the Siemens Sensis system.
