Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) position is located in STEVENS, Pennsylvania, within an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective rehabilitation to facilitate patients' return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; Active and applicable license for the State of Pennsylvania; ability to perform job functions in accordance with population served criteria
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful previous assignment with your agency; previous completion of assignments with the organization (highly desired)
