Description
Job Summary:
The Boston location is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). This position involves preparing and positioning patients for MRI scans, selecting and operating pulse sequences, and ensuring high-quality imaging results. The role requires working independently in a fast-paced environment, providing patient care, and collaborating with medical staff to achieve accurate diagnostic outcomes.
Job Details:
- Position: MRI Technologist
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/17/2026
- Travel Required: No
- Float Required: No
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification from American Heart Association, at least 0 years of experience, valid license to operate MRI equipment, and willingness to work dayshift hours in Boston, Massachusetts
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners, Epic experience, and familiarity with HCF coversheet procedures
- Additional Information: The position involves patient screening for metal implants, device setup, image acquisition, data management, and participation in educational activities. Candidates must be able to work independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be available for interviews as scheduled. No local travelers or candidates who have worked at any related facility within the last six months will be considered.
