Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) to join its clinical team in Malvern, Pennsylvania. This role focuses on evaluating and developing treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients, with an emphasis on functional recovery and patient education. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; strong orthopedic knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications: Has previously completed an assignment with the agency; has previously completed an assignment with the organization
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical care in accordance with regulatory standards. Participates in student clinical programs, actively pursues professional development, and adheres to state and organizational practice standards. Emphasizes patient and staff safety, following all safety protocols and organizational policies. Demonstrates competency in clinical reasoning and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
