Description
Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Respiratory Therapist position in Miami, Florida. This role involves providing specialized respiratory care to neonatal patients within a Level 3 NICU. The Respiratory Therapist will utilize advanced respiratory technologies and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts with 12-hour hours; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current acute care hospital Respiratory Therapist (RRT) experience; BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications; 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous Meditech experience; NICU/PICU respiratory care experience
- Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist will perform treatments, assessments, and interventions for neonatal patients with respiratory diseases. Must be a team player, critical thinker, and adaptable to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Uniform required: light gray (silver).
