Job Summary:
The physical therapy professional specializing in inpatient care is needed in a facility located in Webster, South Dakota. This role involves providing outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing facility coverage in a largely outpatient hospital-based setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or call responsibilities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Must be licensed in the state of South Dakota as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient and inpatient settings. Knowledge of electronic charting systems like EPIC.
• Additional Information: Assists with treatment of individuals of various ages with diverse diagnoses and disorders. Utilizes tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards, documents patient information, and educates patients and families regarding treatment plans and exercises. Demonstrates knowledge of current research, adheres to clinical practice guidelines, and follows safety and departmental protocols.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to cover additional units or departments as needed.
