Job Summary

MRI Technologist position located in Fargo, North Dakota. This role involves performing diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) exams with a focus on neuro, musculoskeletal (MSK), breast, and body imaging. The technician will be responsible for exercising professional judgment to ensure safe procedures and high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (or potentially 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM), three 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: ARRT (MR) certification, Siemens and GE MRI experience, ND State Licensure, minimum of 2 years of recent MRI experience, BLS (American Heart Association) certification. Must note if the clinician has previously worked for the organization; if so, their last end date must be at least 6 months prior to submission. Must badge in and out at the facility.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with NDMIRT credentialing process.
  • Additional Information: The unit is within a 200-bed hospital with two MRI units. In outpatient settings, breast scans are frequently performed, and candidates should be aware that female chaperones are unavailable. Technicians may float to the main hospital as needed. The role involves using Epic One Chart and Sectra PACS systems for imaging.
