Description
Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position is located in a healthcare facility in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This role involves operating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners to produce diagnostic images, with a focus on GE scanner experience, breast MRI, and working with the EPIC electronic medical record system. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and providing quality imaging services, primarily during daytime shifts.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, working 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as an MRI Technologist, current State of Wisconsin license, GE scanner experience, MRI experience including Breast MRI, travel experience, and familiarity with EPIC.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MRI procedures in a travel setting, additional imaging modality expertise, and flexibility to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
- Additional Information: The role involves working Monday through Friday from approximately 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call responsibilities may include one night per week, one weekend per month, and rotating holiday shifts based on department needs.
