Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Home Health in Sun City, Arizona. This position involves evaluating, planning, and supervising treatment for patients in a home health setting. Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Successful completion of an approved occupational therapy educational program, current Occupational Therapy license from the State of Arizona, BLS certification. No minimum years of experience required, but at least 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves assessing patients' functional abilities and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with patients and family members. The OT will provide skilled treatment safely, involve patients in decision-making, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members. The position may require lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, and responding quickly to patient needs.
