Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health Sun City, AZ. This position involves evaluating, planning, and supervising tailored occupational therapy treatments for patients in a home health setting. Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Candidates must have successfully completed an approved occupational therapy educational program, hold a current occupational therapy license from the state of practice, and possess BLS certification. Relates to the clinical competency, training, and education received to perform the job effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience is preferred.
- Additional Information: The position involves evaluating patients' functional abilities, establishing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and communicating with interdisciplinary team members.
