Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) Hyannis, Massachusetts. This position involves providing advanced respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients within a healthcare facility. Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT), Massachusetts state licensure in Respiratory Therapy, current BLS certification, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), ability to read, write, and communicate in English, experience in critical care setting preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum one-year critical care experience.
- Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will float between different hospital units, assist with intubations, ventilator management, airway care, diagnostic procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate patient care. The role demands professional interaction with staff and excellent bedside manner, alongside maintaining equipment and documentation accuracy.
