Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) is needed for a hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing respiratory care in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) setting, with a focus on neonatal and pediatric patients. The position offers a rotating night shift schedule, requiring the ability to work nights on a part-time weekly basis.

Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
Start Date: 08/24/2026
Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; CPR-American Heart Association (AHA) certification; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; 2+ years of related work experience; certification to manage artificial airways, mechanical ventilation, administer aerosolized medications, and provide oxygen therapy.
Additional Information:
- Able to perform and interpret tests and procedures to assess and manage patient care collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other team members.
- Experience in delivery room, Level 2 and 3 NICU, or Special Care Nursery preferred.
- Rotation every three weeks, including every third weekend.
- No local travelers; candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Immediate start possible, with a compliance period of approximately four weeks.
- Weekly orientation sessions every Monday (barring holidays).
- Candidates must provide available interview dates and times at submission.
- Previous employment with this organization within the last six months disqualifies applicants.
