Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license; at least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience; located within Massachusetts or able to obtain licensure; minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Equipment: Provided during interview
• Shift/Hours: days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Billing Cycle: weekly
• Notice: 30 days
• Parking: will be provided during first day info
• Dress Code: will be provided during first day info
• Additional Information: The provider will be responsible for completing documentation directly with the organization outside of patient records, adhering to all clinical standards and operational protocols.
