Description
Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist position located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting emergency department and inpatient units, as well as operating room services. The position requires heavy emergency department experience, with rotating evening shifts, and is suitable for candidates with a solid background in medical radiography.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour/10-hour rotating evening shifts, including Tuesday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM, Thursday 1:00 PM 11:00 PM, Friday 3:00 PM 11:00 PM, and Saturday 11:00 AM 11:00 PM. Call shifts are approximately 2-4 times per month. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Vocational or Technical training in Medical Radiography, MA Radiologic Technology license, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 2 years of related work experience, advanced technical computer skills for technical support.

- Additional Information: The candidate must be separated from their previous healthcare facility for at least six months before consideration. Local candidates residing within 50 miles are not eligible. Orientation sessions are held weekly on Mondays, barring holidays.
