Job Details

• Schedule: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana, with 0 or more years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with adult neurological and traumatic injury patient populations is a plus.
• Additional Information: The unit is a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation hospital with approximately 40 beds. Patients range from stroke, brain injuries, debility, amputation, spinal cord injuries, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. Equipment used includes Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G, and GEHR Epic Electronic Medical Record system. The team works cohesively across therapy and nursing disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
