Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position is available in Midlothian, Texas. This outpatient role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans aligned with physician guidance, and supporting patients in returning to community activities. The position requires a clinicians to deliver quality therapy services and serve as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; 1+ years in outpatient orthopedics; no experience required for minimum experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with your agency or the organization is highly desired
• Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, documenting medical records accurately and timely, and ensuring care is provided under physician orders within insurance and organizational guidelines. The position supports student programs and encourages ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adherence to organizational performance improvement initiatives and regulatory standards is essential.
