Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings in Oklahoma. This position involves providing support on the inpatient rehab unit or the acute care unit, with an average patient load of 12. The role offers options for co-treats with a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the acute care environment.
Job Details:
- Shift: Rotating shifts
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS (AHA), recent work history skills checklist current within 1 year, two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting, and recent traveler experience preferred but not required
- Preferred Qualifications: Travelers with recent experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care
- Additional Information: The position involves working on inpatient rehabilitation or acute care units, with optional co-treats with PTA, and rotation approximately three times per quarter. Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate.
