Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer position in Franklin, North Carolina. This role involves performing general ultrasound scans with vascular imaging, including OB and high-risk OB ultrasounds, within a 30-bed critical access facility. The sonographer must have RDMS and RVT registrations, and Level II OB certification, providing essential imaging services on a day shift.

Job Details:

• Location: Franklin, North Carolina
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 08/09/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, ARDMS (abdomen or OB), vascular RVT registry; 0+ years of experience; must have OB experience and be able to scan general ultrasound with vascular; candidates without these skills will not be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: High risk OB experience or RVT credentials.
• Responsibilities: Conduct ultrasound exams including abdominal, pelvis, vascular, OB/gyn, small parts, breast, and others. Perform exams efficiently within 30-45 minutes, write reports per radiologist protocols, and follow unit guidelines.
• Float: Float rotation may be required for outpatient ultrasound if proficient.
• Dress Code: Scrubs in black.
• Additional Information: The technician will work in a critical access facility with a dedicated team, using GE Logic E10, Trophons, Parks Flolab, Cerner electronic medical record, and Philips Intellispace PACS. The shift includes one night of call per week and one weekend of call per month, totaling around 6-8 days of call per month.
