Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position in Dothan, Alabama. This role involves assisting in imaging studies within the cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing procedures under the supervision of cardiologists. The position offers an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious facility recognized for its excellence in cardiac care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026.
- Required Qualifications: Certification from an accredited radiologic technologist program or equivalent certification, ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (registered cardiovascular invasive specialist), a minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiac/peripheral catheterization procedures, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience scrub/x-ray and monitoring during cardiac procedures.
- Additional Information: Demonstrates critical thinking skills and judgment in assisting with the performance of imaging studies in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Responsible and accountable for performing studies timely, under the direction of the cardiologist, chief technologist, or director of imaging services.
