Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/10/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Current unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Louisiana. Successful completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited institution approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent. 0-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Current CPR certification. Familiarity with computer systems, including internet, email, and online HR services.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health settings. Knowledge of HomeCare HomeBase or PointCare EMR systems.
• Additional Information: This assignment is located within a 50-mile radius from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with travel estimated at 150-250 miles per week. The role involves providing care at least 30 patient units per week and may include periodic on-site assessments, supervision of therapy assistants, and participation in team meetings. No weekend rotation or on-call duties are required.
