Description

Job Summary
Ultrasonographer General in Laramie, Wyoming. This position involves performing complete diagnostic imaging tests and ultrasound studies, including patient positioning, equipment calibration, and documentation of findings. The role requires assisting radiologists with ultrasound procedures and providing verbal reports to other healthcare providers.

Job Details

  • Shift Hours: Rotating shifts, approximately 8 hours per day
  • Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Start Date: 08/10/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound program or equivalent; ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) registration must be obtained within one year of hire; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 60 days of hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year hospital experience; experience with non-invasive vascular and echocardiography exams; registered ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred.
  • Additional Information: Position requires excellent customer service skills, effective communication with staff and patients, and the ability to work independently. Cross-training will be provided in Echo/Stress Echo and non-invasive vascular exams.
