Job Summary:
The healthcare organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care for a facility located in Chandler, Texas. This position involves providing therapeutic services to adult and geriatric patient populations within an inpatient setting. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and rehabilitation in a collaborative clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 09/08/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas physical therapist license (pending license accepted), BLS certification, 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in an inpatient setting, experience with Epic charting system, ability to manage adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, outpatient or outpatient clinic experience, trauma level certification, and familiarity with additional skills such as gait training, assistive devices, and patient education.
• Additional Information: Candidate must complete core onboarding items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are completed onsite during orientation and are non-billable hours. Experience working with a patient census averaging 33 patients per day is preferred.
