Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health in the Rhinelander and Arbor Vitae regions. This role involves providing home health therapy services across mainly Oneida and Vilas County areas. The position includes a flexible territory, a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, and requires timely documentation and communication.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: One (1) year minimum experience in home health, OASIS experience required for staff completing Start of Care assessments, proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required, active drivers license in-hand, and completed Monday orientation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Community hospital, LTAC, or trauma level experience not specified.
• Additional Information:
  • First-time travelers accepted.
  • No on-call requirement specified but may be discussed during interview.
  • Travel Pairs accepted; each traveler must have own transportation.
  • Modules are billable and completed during orientation.
  • RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application.
  • Traveler is expected to be flexible with the territory, covering up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office.
  • Cell phone not provided; iPad provided. Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate.
