The healthcare organization is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a home health assignment in Seaside, Oregon. Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: 1 year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, Oregon state license, reliable transportation, COVID-19 primary series vaccination plus one booster, Oasis experience.
