Description

Job Summary:
Radiation Therapist position in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves providing radiation therapy treatments using a Varian TrueBeam and Siemens Healthineers CT Simulator in a Radiation Oncology department. The position is full-time with a guaranteed workload of 40 hours per week, starting on September 7, 2026, and lasting for 8 weeks. The department is staffed by a Radiation Oncologist and supports a team-oriented environment focused on patient care.

Job Details:

  • Location: 915 E 1st Street, Duluth, Minnesota, United States
  • Shift Schedule: 8-hour days from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with alternating start times
  • Certifications: Radiation Therapist (RT) (T) certification required
  • Education Requirements: Associate Degree or Certificate required
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; no additional charting or specific experience required
  • Schedule: Day shifts, 40 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: RT (T) certification, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2 years relevant experience, located outside a 50-mile radius from facility (per fixed notes)
  • Additional Information:
    • No holiday rotation requirements
    • No float requirements
    • Call back minimum of 2 hours, with potential low census call duties
    • During flu season, staff declining flu and COVID vaccinations are required to wear masks at all times in accordance with facility policy
    • Scrub colors are optional and no specific color is mandated
    • Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
