Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient position located in Athens, Tennessee. This role involves providing outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population, including geriatrics, adults, and pediatrics. The position requires a flexible and adaptable candidate to support acute hospital needs and outpatient care.

Job Details:

• Shift: 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification or licensure to work as an Occupational Therapist in Tennessee, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders such as cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs) and Parkinson's disease, and pediatrics including developmental delays and autism.
• Float: Outpatient adult/pediatrics, assist in acute hospital settings as needed (minimal).
• Additional Information: Candidates must have required certifications prior to start. The role involves working with patients in geriatrics, adult, and pediatric populations, with patient ratios of 1:1. This is a replacement position for permanent staff, and orientation is bi-weekly on Mondays. The assignment date is scheduled to begin on 08/24/2026, in Athens, Tennessee, at the facility located at 1114 West Madison Avenue. All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to their start date.
