Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Internment & Rehabilitation in California. This position involves developing and implementing individualized physical treatment programs aimed at maintaining, improving, or restoring patients' physical functions. The role requires completing patient evaluations, updating the Plan of Care, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective service delivery.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Valid California State License as a Physical Therapist, BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program
• Years of Experience: 0+ years of experience
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/08/2026
• Location: 100 SAN MATEO DRIVE, SAN MATEO, CA, 94401
• Required Qualifications: Valid California State License as a Physical Therapist, BLS (AHA) certification, graduate of an accredited PT Program, and at least 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior inpatient PT experience, experience with patient documentation and care coordination
• Additional Information: Role includes providing clinical supervision to assistants and/or aides, participating in quality improvement processes, and ensuring equipment is used per manufacturer guidelines.
