Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Pearland, Texas. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and providing individualized therapy services to promote patient recovery and functional improvement. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 0 or more years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the State of Texas; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong documentation skills; commitment to safety and patient care standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient therapy experience; previous assignment with the organization or similar facilities; participation in student programs and ongoing professional development.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents care accurately in compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Supports student education, maintains licensure and certification requirements, and actively participates in performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates professionalism, ethical standards, and adherence to safety protocols.
