Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist (CCL Tech) for a short-term assignment in Detroit, Michigan. This position involves providing technical and patient care support within a Cardiac Cath Lab environment, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring the proper operation of all equipment. The role requires effective communication with medical staff to maintain high-quality procedural standards. The schedule includes daytime shifts, and the position is scheduled for a duration of 13 weeks.
Job Details:
- Location: Detroit, Michigan, United States
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- Required Qualifications: RCIS certification; current availability for off-shift call and every other weekend call; at least 1 year of experience in cardiac catheterization laboratory procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with patient support and procedural assistance in a Cath Lab setting; effective communication skills.
- Additional Information: The technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting physicians during procedures within the Cardiac Cath Laboratory. They must operate all equipment safely and correctly, assess the readiness of the procedure room, and participate in performance improvement activities. Call responsibilities include approximately three calls per week and every other weekend.
