Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is needed for a short-term coverage assignment starting on 11/23/2026. The position involves working in a community-based healthcare environment, providing therapy services to patients within a facility. The assignment is focused on maternity leave coverage and will be scheduled Monday through Friday, with a 14-day cancelation window and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
