Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist Morristown, New Jersey. This position involves performing and providing appropriate imaging procedures in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines. The role includes maintenance of imaging equipment, assessment of patient safety and comfort, and monitoring procedural accuracy. It offers exposure to diverse imaging modalities within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM including every other weekend (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and one on-call shift every 3 weeks
• Required Qualifications: 1-3 years experience as X-ray Technician; demonstrated knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care; current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics; initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; graduate of accredited radiography school; NJ State Radiation Therapist (RT) License; ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification, and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Schedule: 7.5 hours per shift, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Additional Information: The role requires the ability to monitor need for procedure revisions, coordinate daily imaging procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. Candidates should demonstrate competence in equipment setup, troubleshooting, and patient care.
