Job Summary
Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) for a 17-week contract focused on holiday coverage within a hospital environment. This role involves providing evaluation, therapy, and home program recommendations for patient populations including cerebrovascular accidents (CVA), orthopedic cases, and dementia. Experience with electronic health record systems and the ability to work independently are required, with the possibility of floating throughout different hospital units, excluding pediatrics.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Washington, with at least 1 year of experience and the ability to be independent in the role.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with evaluation, therapy, home program recommendations, and electronic health record systems such as Epic (experience preferred).
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the hospital, excluding pediatric units.
• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• End Date: 01/16/2027
• Additional Information: The candidate should be prepared for a hospital setting focusing on inpatient care for diverse patient diagnoses.
