Physical Therapist Outpatient in Wayne, New Jersey. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day; minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for the State of New Jersey.
• Preferred Qualifications: Highly desired - prior successful assignment with your agency; Nice to have - previous assignment with the organization.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, ensures documentation accuracy and timeliness, and participates in student and professional development programs. Adheres to all regulatory and organizational standards, maintains licensure, and demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement and safety practices.
