Job Summary:
The outpatient Physical Therapist specialized in orthopedics is located in Hawthorne, New Jersey. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring functional recovery to facilitate a safe return to daily activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable state-specific professional license; ability to meet professional development requirements; adherence to state practice acts and regulatory standards.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an assignment with the agency previously; previous experience with the organization.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents clinical activities accurately and timely. Participates in student programs and contributes to professional development efforts. Adheres to organizational performance improvement initiatives and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and professional standards.
