Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position located in FAIR LAWN, New Jersey. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education in an outpatient setting. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective therapy services aligned with organizational standards and guidelines.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; valid state license; CPR certification; minimum of 0 years of outpatient clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the organization or agency is highly desired.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student training programs and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates competence in safety practices and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
