Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient in Oakland, New Jersey. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating therapies to promote patient recovery and return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient and staff safety, professional development, and adherence to clinical and organizational standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; valid and active license for the state where the work will be performed; successfully completed assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previously completed assignment with the organization is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with outpatient orthopedic patients and participation in professional development activities.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment plans aiming for discharge within the established length of stay, and documents medical records accurately and in a timely manner. Participates in student training and actively pursues ongoing professional growth through continuing education and organizational activities. Adheres to all regulatory and organizational policies, maintains licensure, and demonstrates commitment to quality improvement and safety standards.
