Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Waco, Texas. This full-time outpatient position involves providing evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population recovering from injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday shifts, working 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply.

• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop personalized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR platform and utilize Scribe AI for documentation efficiency. Manage a caseload typically involving 10-12 patient visits per day. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on excellence and patient satisfaction.
