Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist (Registered) position located in Reno, Nevada. This role involves providing respiratory therapy procedures to patients across a wide age range, with a focus on critical care and general care units. The position requires working in a fast-paced, Level II Trauma Center environment, supporting a diverse patient population from newborns to geriatrics.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts with 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification in American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Nevada State Licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, must possess a minimum of 2 years of acute care respiratory therapy experience, including recent critical care experience, and must have a valid license in hand prior to submission.

- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required for responsibilities beyond the primary department.
- Additional Information: Therapists may be required to float to other units as needed based on competency. Work may include weekends, holidays, and call shifts.
