Job Summary:
The location is in New York, NY. This position is for an MRI Technologist responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in a healthcare facility. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality imaging services are provided to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Evenings shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: A valid New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License in Radiologic Technology (RT) with MRI (R) certification, New York State IV/Injection Certification, and a minimum of 1 year of experience; 2 years preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with MRI procedures and patient care in a clinical setting.
- Additional Information: Candidates should be familiar with MRI safety protocols, imaging procedures, and maintaining detailed imaging records. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.
