Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Cytologist for a contract position in Duluth, Minnesota. This role involves working during daytime hours with a focus on processing and analyzing cytology specimens. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to diagnostic services within a supportive clinical environment, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Position: Cytologist
- Location: Duluth, Minnesota
- Shift Schedule: Days, 8:00 am 4:30 pm
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Cytology (CT - American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification, at least 3 years of experience, experience with ThinPrep and ROSE, experience with Epic electronic charting system highly preferred
- Specialty: Cytology (CYTO)
- Start Date: August 17, 2026
- Position Length: 13 weeks
- Additional Qualifications: Candidates should be hardworking, resilient, adaptable, and able to manage change effectively, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Notes: Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. The contract includes up to 36 hours of low census time over the duration of the assignment that is non-billable. The contract orientation period does not include GSA.
