Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position in Weatherford, Texas. This full-time role involves providing outpatient orthopedic care in a supportive clinical environment. Job Details:

• Location: Weatherford, Texas
• Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred but not required
• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
