Job Summary:
X-ray Technologist in Elmhurst, New York. This acute care position requires a qualified radiologic technologist with experience in general radiography. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures, adhering to safety and procedural standards, and working in a dynamic clinical environment. The position is scheduled for evening shifts starting at 4:00 PM, with alternating weekends.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, alternating weekends required, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: - Completion of an appropriate training program for radiologic technologist including military training - Current certification and registration as a Radiology Tech issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - A valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) - At least 2 years of general radiographer experience - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Additional Information: Training will be for two weeks, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including the EPIC class. Experience in an acute care setting is required. In-person interviews are required.
