Description

Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position in Round Rock, TX. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive outpatient physical therapy services in a collaborative clinical environment aimed at improving patient mobility and quality of life. The successful candidate will work within a team to deliver evidence-based treatments to a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population, focusing on individualized care and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with dayshift hours, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Work within a manageable caseload environment, targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits daily for full-time clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture centered on patient care and clinical excellence.
