Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Gun Barrel City, Texas. This full-time outpatient position involves providing evidence-based physical therapy care to a diverse patient population. Job Details:

• Location: Gun Barrel City, Texas
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Additional Information: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes using Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree electronic medical record platform. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
