Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered specializing in Pediatric care is sought in Gulfport, Mississippi. The position involves providing high-quality respiratory care, including assessment, treatment, and patient education. The therapist will operate ventilatory equipment, perform diagnostic procedures, and assist with respiratory procedures to support patient well-being within the scope of their licensure.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Respiratory Therapy, current state licensure, 1 year of experience, location in Mississippi
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric respiratory care experience, BLS and ACLS certifications
• Additional Information: Performs routine and emergent respiratory treatments, monitors patient responses, maintains equipment, records therapy data, and communicates with medical staff. Responsible for patient safety during procedures and ensures accurate documentation of care. Assists in the maintenance and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment and facilities.
