Description
Job Summary:
This is a position for an MRI Technologist located in Burlington, Vermont. The role involves working during night shifts in a healthcare facility, with a focus on patient care and imaging procedures. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and prepared to meet specific unit needs over an assignment lasting approximately 16 to 32 weeks.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- Education and Licensing: ARRT or ARMRIT license, MR advanced licensure required
- Experience: Phillips equipment experience required, minimum of 1 year of experience; prior travel experience preferred
- Additional Experience: Teaching hospital experience required; Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory and non-negotiable
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information:
- Assignment duration: 16-32 weeks
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday, no block schedules for any reason
- Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations scheduled on Mondays, next available orientation is 02/23
- Employment history: All gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history including bed count, EMR, and facility type is required for submission
- Transportation: Public transportation is not accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle recommended, equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
